ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CAR COMPETITIONS
Details of the prizes in any Supercar competition. During the course of every car-based competition, the Promoter reserves the right to add or remove prizes from the competition. There may be a selection of left and right hand drive cars. In the UK, the prize will be delivered with UK VAT paid but any other taxes/import duties/registration costs due in other countries will be the responsibility of the prize-winner. In all other non UK countries, the prize will be shipped (net of all taxes) to the nearest UK port of Winnerweb's choosing and any applicable import duties/taxes/registration costs due in the destination country will be the responsibility of the prize-winner. The Promoter reserves the right not to deliver to certain countries. To cover the cost of insurance and servicing during the first year of car ownership, Winnerweb may pay up to £6,000 on certain cars only. If included, Winnerweb will advertise this for each prize in each individual competition only if it applies to that prize and to that competition. Bills for servicing and insurance will need to be supplied to Winnerweb before any money will be paid and the winner must own the car for a full 12 months from date of delivery. The Promoter may purchase the prize before, during or immediately after the relevant competition has ended. The Promoter will have the sole discretion as to the specification and colour of the prize. Delivery of the prize to the winner may take up to six months depending on the time it takes for the prize to be delivered to the Promoter after ordering. The Promoter will store the chosen prize free of charge for 7 days after notifying the winner, at the end of which time the car will be delivered to the winner. If this is offered, please note that any additional money that would be offered (of up to £6,000 and only if this is included as part of the additional terms and conditions for that competition or prize) towards insurance and servicing costs for the first year is not included should the winner opt for the cash alternative.
